The Reinvent YOU! After Abuse Foundation Ltd (TRYAF) Charity, is a company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales in October 2018, established to work in partnership with Believe and Live Again Coaching and Mentoring services and other relevant bodies and partner agencies to deliver projects as a direct response to the emotional healing and capacity building needs of migrant and ethnic community women left broken, stigmatized, isolated and marginalized as a result of the trauma and pain of partner abuse and divorce.
Through the delivery of Workshops devoted to rebuilding financial freedom and empowering personal confidence and self-worth, Interview Training, Life Coaching, CV Writing and other transformative and financially sustainable innovations aimed at creating an enabling and safe environment to help marginalized women and their children to improve their general well being and quality of life, achieve financial independence, be reintegrated into the community, secure jobs and become vibrant contributors to the ME4 areas in Medway, SE2, SE28 and SE18 areas in the Royal Borough of Greenwich (Abbeywood, Plumstead, Thamesmead, Woolwich).
Meet Our Founder, Dr. Zina Arinze
Dr. Zina Arinze fondly known as “The Reinvention Queen” is a larger than life bubbly, multi-award winner International Transformational Speaker, Lawyer, Best- Selling Author, An International Gender Empowerment Strategist, Radio Broadcaster, A Reinvention Coach, Successful Serial Entrepreneur and the Founder of Believe and Live Again Divorce Recovery Coaching and Mentoring. She is also the CEO of The Reinvent YOU Experience.
In 2018, Dr. Zina, launched The Reinvent YOU! After Abuse Foundation, a charity restoring the mental, emotional, social, financial and physical wellbeing of women and children affected by the stigma and trauma of abuse.
Dr. Zina sits as the Chair of PAW Africa UK an international NGO focused on empowering African women and young girls in the diaspora impacted by trauma including GBV, Racism, Modern Slavery and the Socio, Political and Emotional Effects of Covid-19.
